4. Tutor Responsibilities
Tutors are independent contractors, not employees of SkillBridge. Tutors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information and the quality of their sessions.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through our platform. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use SkillBridge to engage in harassment, fraud, spam, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Violation may result in account suspension.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
